About our N.O.W. Committee
Nurture ▲ Outreach ▲ Witness
The N.O.W. Committee was formed on April 5th, 2009, by the Church Council, with the main function of the committee to be fundraising. Currently all fundraising monies will be used to make roof repairs. One of the first fundraisers was participation in a Linton Yard Sale Event, which included selling lunch to yard sale customers.
Current fundraisers include:
Sale of individualized bake ware (Marsha Brown, in charge)
Sale of frozen breakfast bread (Becky Yung, in charge)
Sale of hand-knit dish cloths (Polly Miller, in charge)
Sale of “1st Church” Tee Shirts (Tom Jones, in charge)
These projects are coming up:
An evening of game-playing fellowship (Polly Miller, in charge)
Sale of 2010 Church Calendar (Candace Templeton,.in charge
A cookbook in memory and honor of those who worshipped at Otterbein (Polly Miller, in charge)
A Silent auction of special items from hearth and home (Jerry Alexander and Candace Templeton , in charge)
